AGSUSF Funding allows for graduate students and graduate student organizations to access funding to advance graduate student life.
When you return from your conference, fill out the AGSUSF Fund Report. Be prepared to include an electronic copy of the conference program, receipts of travel-related costs to be reimbursed (conference registration, airfare, hotel costs, fuel receipts etc.), a copy of the acceptance letter verifying conference participation, and three photos documenting your conference experience. Your reimbursement will be processed within two weeks, and paid to you in the form of a check at the address you provide in the AGSUSF Fund Report. Only the awarded amount will be eligible for reimbursement.
